Option 2

All items, except for inscription plates, will ship together. C. Forbes, Inc. will inscribe and ship the plates at a later date with each inscription request.
A future-inscription form will be sent and will be required with each inscription request.
A shipping account number (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) will be required for this option.
All orders of this fashion can be inscribed up to one (1) year after the date of purchase.
